I have carved out this little corner of the internet as a place to share about things that matter to me.

My life has taken some intense turns in the past couple decades and the experiences have left me with a lot of stories to tell.

I have been fundamentally transformed by the trauma, paradigm shifts, and hard won insights I have encountered along the way.

I am grateful for the gifts and proud of who I have become, but sometimes I feel like a stranger to those I love.

So this page is also about just wanting to be heard and understood.
